class="content-review" id="820241910"> I bought a can of Rust-Oleum Cold Galvanizing Compound Spray to coat the galvanized metal seat brackets on my old “gray market” Yanmar YM2500 <br>tractor. The brackets were cracked and broken. My brother took them to his job and welded them up. I sprayed them with the galvanized paint, let dry, then painted them a gloss black to match the tractor’s seat. ***This stuff is NOT made to paint over metal that’s already painted! The paint has to be cleaned off down to bare metal, then spray the galvanizing compound!*** Rust-Oleum has been around for decades and is highly recommended.
