In-Store Return

With your original receipt you may return the item(s) to one of our store locations within 30 days of original purchase for an exchange or refund. All merchandise must be in unused condition with all packaging, parts and original documentation included. Your refund will be made in the same form as the original payment of cash, Stine Account, debit or credit card. If original payment was made by check, there will be at least a 10 day waiting period for the check to clear before refund will be made. Purchases made by cash or check in excess of $100 may be refunded by check from our general office.

Without your original receipt an exchange for other merchandise may be made on merchandise that is currently a stock item or a Stine Gift Card will be issued. Return will be priced at lowest advertised or discounted price. No returns on Special Order, closeout, mixed paint or cut to order merchandise.

Some return items may incur a restocking charge.

NOTICE: There is a “NO IN-STORE RETURN POLICY” on used Stihl Products, lawn mowers, chain saws, air tools, air compressors, generators, paint sprayers, pressure washers, power tools, Appliances & Air Conditioners. These items include a manufacturer’s warranty covered by the nearest Authorized Service Center.


Returning a shipped item?

To initiate a return on a return-eligible item, please contact customer care by phone 337-527-0121 ext 5071 or email at stinewebsales@stine.biz. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a UPS packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your original form of payment. We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to one of our stores within (30) days of receipt. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. You have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or a credit to your Stine Home internet account.

Please Note: Items that arrive after the 30-day return period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

If a product is shipped, you will be responsible for paying for all shipping cost if you wish to return the item. Stine pays for shipping if the product arrives to your shipping location damaged. You are allowed 10 days after product has been shipped to prove that the items was damaged during transit.
