What is Stine's Online return policy?
We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to us within (30) days of receipt. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. You have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or a credit to your Stine Home internet account.
Please Note: Items that arrive after the 30-day return period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
What is Stine's In-store return policy?

You have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or an in store credit. If you cannot supply your reciept, your credit will be applied to a gift card as an in store credit.

How do I know if the item is not returnable?
If a product is ineligible for return it will be marked Final Sale or Close Out on the product page and cannot be returned.
What is the process for returning an online ordered item?
To initiate a return on a return-eligible item, go to My Account and select the order number in the My Orders section. You may also contact Customer Care by phone or email at email@example.com.
Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a UPS packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your original form of payment.
Note: We will provide special return instructions for appliances and other items shipped via a delivery service.

Can I exchange an item for one of a different size/color/etc.?
Because most sales last for a brief period, purchases are not exchangeable, but we may be able to help. Please contact Artis Thomas at email@example.com for all eligible returns.
How will I know when my return has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, as well as the amount credited.
If the refund is made to your credit card, please allow ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Did you receive the wrong item? Was your item damaged or defective?
If you believe you received an item in error, or if your item was damaged in transit or defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 30 days of delivery.
