Stine's Response to COVID-19

Stine continues to monitor the evolving situation with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and is working diligently to keep both our employees and customers educated and healthy. 
 
Louisiana deemed home improvement stores as essential businesses during the state's shut-down March 23-May 15. For that reason Stine remained open to serve our community during the COVID-19 shutdown. Following a period of limited operation hours, our stores are now back to their normal business hours. See all store hours here.
 
In-home delivery/installation of appliances has been suspended at this time. We are happy to make curbside deliveries at residences, but will not be entering homes. We can also pick up an old appliance when delivering new one, if the old appliance is placed at the curb. However, we are offering in-home appliance repair in select markets. Our best efforts to maintain adequate inventory of key cold/virus preventative products, such as face masks, cleaners and sanitizers, have been thwarted by the spike in consumer demand. Furthermore, the severity of this outbreak has been compounded by manufacturer shortages and production delays. We are restocking these items as quickly as possible.
 
You can rest assured that, regardless of the challenges, we will always strive to provide a safe and healthy shopping experience and workplace for our customers and our associates. Our associates are required to wear face masks or shields and are trained on the protective measures recommended by the Center for Disease Control.
 
Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by this pandemic, and we say THANK YOU to all of our neighborhood healthcare workers. We are committed to YOUR SAFETY, and are humbled by the trust that you place in us every day.
