Stine's Response to COVID-19

Stine is monitoring the quickly evolving situation with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and is working diligently to keep both our employees and customers educated and healthy.

Louisiana has deemed home improvement stores as essential businesses during the state's shut-down March 23-April 30. For that reason Stine will remain open to serve our community during the COVID-19 shutdown. Some of our stores will be operating with a limited staff and currently closing two hours earlier on weekdays. See all store hours here.

In-home delivery service of appliances has been suspended at this time. We are happy to make curbside deliveries at residences, but will not be entering homes. We can also pick up an old appliance when delivering new one, if the old appliance is placed at the curb.

Our best efforts to maintain adequate inventory of key cold/virus preventative products, such as face masks, cleaners and sanitizers, have been thwarted by the spike in consumer demand. Furthermore, the severity of this outbreak has been compounded by manufacturer shortages and production delays. We have many orders placed and have been assured that products will ship to us as soon as it becomes available.

You can rest assured that, regardless of the challenges, we will always strive to provide a safe and healthy shopping experience and workplace for our customers and our associates. We have increased the frequency of cleaning at our stores, and our associates are well-trained on the protective measures recommended by the Center for Disease Control.

Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by this pandemic, and we say THANK YOU to all of our neighborhood healthcare workers. We are committed to YOUR SAFETY, and are humbled by the trust that you place in us every day.

Sincerely,
Dennis Stine
Chief Executive Officer
