Stine's Response to Hurricane Ida and COVID-19

Stine's Response to Hurricane Ida
We are making every effort to stock our stores with the items you need to recover from this storm.

Due to rapidly changing inventory, generators are not available for online purchase. They may be purchased in-store only.

Please follow the safety measures provided by your local officials during this severe weather event.

Stine's Response to COVID-19

Stine continues to monitor the evolving situation with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and is working diligently to keep both our employees and customers educated and healthy.

We are complying with the Louisiana state mask mandate that went into effect on Aug. 4 and continues until Sept. 29. The Governor's mandate requires that all individuals ages 5 and over must wear a face covering when inside our stores. (Exceptions to this mandate include: anyone who has a medical condition that prevents the wearing of a face covering; anyone who is trying to communicate with a person who is hearing impaired; and anyone temporarily removing his or her face covering for identification purposes.)

You can rest assured that, regardless of the challenges, we will always strive to provide a safe and healthy shopping experience and workplace for our customers and our associates. Our associates are required to wear face masks or shields and are trained on the protective measures recommended by the Center for Disease Control.

We ask that you please maintain a 6 foot distance between other customers and our associates. Our staff will perform frequent cleaning of restrooms and other common areas for your safety. We offer hand sanitizer for you and disinfectant for shopping carts.

We offer contactless curbside pickup* . Simply place your order online and park in one of our dedicated Curbside Pickup parking spots. An associate will deliver your order to your vehicle. (*Due to Hurricane Ida and rapid inventory changes at some stores, curbside pickup is not currently available at our Walker location.)

Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by this pandemic, and we say THANK YOU to all of our neighborhood healthcare workers. We are committed to YOUR SAFETY, and are humbled by the trust that you place in us every day.

Sincerely,
Dennis Stine
Chief Executive Officer
